How to Enter

You can nominate yourself or someone else. You can nominate more than once.

To enter the A Woman of Substance Awards please describe in your own words why the person should be recognised. Please send in a recent photograph (or colour photocopy of the photograph) of the person being nominated.

Send in your story and state why the person deserves to win by 5.30pm on Friday 31 July 2009.

Don’t forget to include your name, address and daytime telephone numbers for both yourself and your nominee! If you are printing off the form and posting it to the PO Box below, please ensure you write your contact details in capitals and ensure it reaches us by the closing date.
